We are a full service residential construction company in Florida.

We average from five to eight homes, several additions and renovations per year. We take great pride in providing personalized services for each of our clients.

Steven W. Rubin, our president, is a hands on leader. His experience dates back to the early 1970's in Bucks County, Pa.

He has worked on some of the oldest homes (1690) in the area doing renovations, additions, and remodeling. He spent several years framing new houses.

He was involved in the renovation of the Thomas/Neely house in Washington Crossing, Pa (General Washington's headquarters prior to crossing the Delaware River in 1776), Stover Mill, and worked for Drexel University (remodeling townhouses for student housing) in Philadelphia. In 1977, he moved to Key West, Fl, where he continued in the construction industry.

Since 1983, he has resided in Panama City, raising 4 beautiful children and working as a Realtor and carpenter. He received his Real Estate brokers license in 1992 and contractors license in 1996.

Mr. Rubin has continued his education working toward a degree in Architecture and is actively involved with the community.

He also owns a real estate and development company.

Steve B. Rubin, our vice president, has been involved with the construction industry for the past 15 years. He has extensive expertise in both renovation and new home construction.

Accomplishments include renovating a fifty year old condominium into a 5 star boutique style hotel located in the historical district of Miami. The oceanfront hotel has won numerous awards for its design and structure.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Rubin served honorably in the US Army and National Coast Guard.

Steve B. Rubin relocated to the Treasure Coast in 2000 where he has continued to excel in the construction industry. He is happily married to his lovely wife Alanna and has two fun loving sons whom he is very proud of.

Over the years, he has been supervisor for the Toll Brothers in high end residential communities and worked with one of six preferred builders, Purucker and Murrano in the Tesoro Community, home to the Ginn Sur Mer Classic Golf Tournament.

Mr. Rubin has built multimillion dollar homes on the ocean for many high profile clientele and in exclusive communities of the Polo Club, Palm Cove Golf and Yacht Club, Watersong, Sailfish Point, Sewell's Point, and Admirals Cove building homes ranging from 4,500 to 12,000 sq ft.

After branching off to start his own successful company, one of his first projects was to finish a home that was over a year behind schedule before. With Steve's expertise and drive he was able to complete the 6500 sq ft home within four months. Steve is considered an expert in issues pertaining to watershed and environmental.
